Daily Messages
The daily messages provided through the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart are to encourage you as well as teach you as you go along. The website describes this feature as learning what is 'In' and 'Out' during the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart. For example, all animal products (meat, milk, cheese, eggs, etc) are 'out'.
Meal Plans
During the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart meal plans are provided in weekly installments. The meal plan shows you suggestions of what to eat each day for Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner. Hyperlinks will direct you to a recipe if needed. On top of this, they have already gotten your grocery list together too. Just click the link and print it out. How easy is that?
Nutrition Webcasts
The 21-Day Vegan Kickstart will also make various nutrition webcasts available. This feature will be great for those individuals that tend to be more visual learners. This will also be great if you need to 'hear' some encouragement.
Celebrity Tips
Currently the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart is sporting a list of 23 Vegan Celebrities. Each of them has some information about themselves as well as nutrition tips. Some of them even have a favorite recipe.
Community Forum
The great thing about the forum at 21-Day Vegan Kickstart is that you can get support from others going through the same thing that you are. They keep the past kickstarts up as well, so historically you can even search. The January 2011 Kickstart Forum started up on December 22, 2010 so it's great to be able to learn how people are gearing up. Many are repeats that would like the recipes and others are doing it for the encouragement because they fell off of the wagon a bit.
I am looking forward to the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart. It is wonderful to see people actively doing things to better their health. I have been Vegan for over 3 years now, practice as a Nutritional Educator, and I can guarantee that I will learn something new during this 21-Day Vegan Kickstart. That makes it even more exciting.
