2.21.11 The Undertaker Returns

For weeks WWE had been running promos as to who would be returning on 2.21.11. The first promo had the WWE Universe playing the guessing game. Only boots and a trench coat were shown in the first video which lead the WWE Universe to believe that it could either be The Undertaker, Sting, Awesome Kong, or a new superstar. As the weeks went by and different promos continued to air it was revealed that The Undertaker would be returning on 2.21.11. The Undertaker returned as planned. As soon as the dead man entered the ring another superstar made a surprise return. That superstar was Triple H. Neither The Undertaker or HHH spoke a word but they made it clear that they would be facing each other at WrestleMania.

John Cena and The Miz would also be facing each other at WrestleMania. Instead of coming face to face in the ring like The Undertaker and HHH the Raw General Manager had other ideas. Cena and The Miz were forced to become tag team partners and challenge for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Despite their dislike for one another Cena and The Miz put their differences aside to take on Corre members Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater. During the match The Miz proved just how AWESOME he was as he picked up the victory for his team by pinning Gabriel. As Cena and The Miz were celebrating becoming the new WWE Tag Team Champions they were interrupted by The Corre. Wade Barrett informed the new WWE Tag Team Champions that The Corre was invoking its rematch clause right now.

With The Corre invoking its rematch clause Cena and The Miz tried to defend their newly won Championships. During the match The Miz was being isolated by Gabriel and Slater. If Cena and The Miz had any chance at remaining Champions, Cena needed to be tagged in. The Miz tried to tag in Cena but each time he was denied by Gabriel or Slater. After numerous attempts to tag in Cena, The Miz was finally successful. Cena entered the ring and was prepared to win the match for his team. Cena lifted Slater up onto his shoulders for the attitude adjustment. As Cena had Slater on his shoulders. The Miz snuck up from behind to deliver a skull crushing finally to Cena. After delivering his finishing maneuverer to Cena The Miz left the ring. As The Miz was walking up the entrance ramp Slater pinned Cena. Allowing Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions.
