Being fashionable is great, and being fit is fun, but how about when you need to continue to get fit and want to be fashionable about it? Look no further than 2(x)ist's SPORT line for ultimate style and comfort in your pursuit of physical happiness.
I tested two of 2(x)ist's SPORT products, the tank top and the no-show trunk. Both tested well on the whole and each item had its own unique characteristics.
The SPORT Tank Top was great aesthetically to me. It's very attractive as a basic tank, just by the way it's colorblocked (with a black body and white arm trim). It has a large number 2 on the back in red, the version I tested. Also, the tank top has a retro feel to it, principally because the body of the tank top is made of an open-hole, 100% polyester mesh. Because of the mesh body, the tank is very breathable. The only issue I had with the tank itself was that its side seams were bothersome, but not so bothersome that I wasn't able to complete my workout. Because of this, I suggest going a size up from what you might normally wear.
As with the SPORT No-Show Trunk, I had a very positive experience with it. The number one asset of the trunk is that it's very comfortable; with a 92% cotton and 8% spandex body, the trunk is soft on the skin and sufficiently flexible, whether in casual or athletic use. The thick waistband brings even more comfort along the body. The fit is accommodating as well; the pouch, legs, and backside all fit to form and my own trunk was well-fitted. The trunk is attractive just like the tank top, with its green side panels (I tested the black/green pair). There were no weaknesses in the trunk, but I have a suggestion that will improve future versions of the trunk - instead of using the polyester mesh side panels, use the open-hole mesh in the front pouch for visual pop (no pun intended), breathability, and added stretch for a bolder, even more effective product.
With that said, both the SPORT Tank Top and No-Show Trunk are a great pair of items to make a statement both with fashion and athletics, and a durable, long-lasting duo of products.
