Sometimes it is difficult to get enough fruit into a daily diet. This 3 berry and banana smoothie recipe helps solve this problem.

Ingredients

Serves 3
1 Cup frozen blueberries
6 individual frozen strawberries
10 individual red raspberries
1 medium-sized banana
1 Cup vanilla yogurt
1 Cup almond milk

Directions for 3 Berry and Banana Smoothies

Slightly defrost the strawberries in the microwave for 30 seconds in a small bowl.

Add the blueberries and raspberries to a blender pitcher.

Cut up the strawberries and add them to the blender.

Pour in the almond milk and yogurt.

Break up the banana and put it into the blender pitcher.

Blend for at least three minutes. You may need to stop the blender and work out air pockets in the mixture with a small rubber scraper.
