3 of the Best Songs All-time: Marvin Gaye, Jane Monheit and Faith Hill

Marvin Gaye: I saw him perform at Bucknell U. in the sixties, but the song I will always associate with him is "what's Goin' on?" It is haunting, moving and unforgettable. It penetrates your marrow and your brain.

Jane Monheit: I heard her sing on TV and thought she had a beautiful voice, which was confirmed when I heard her sing "My Foolish Heart"- the best version I have heard by anyone at anytime. I brought it to work and gave it to my friends who were equally impressed.

Faith Hill: I heard her sing "There Will Come A Day" as a tribute to the victims of 911. It builds as it goes on and is the most appropriate and powerful statement I heard about redemption and vindication.
