3 Musketeers Mint with Dark Chocolate Review

There are many types of candy that you can buy in your local stores. One of these is the new 3 Musketeers. If you are looking for a new candy bar that tastes great and is not filled with fat, this is the candy bar for you. I first found the new 3 Musketeers Mint with Dark Chocolate in a convenience store. I saw it and just had to try it because I love experiencing new things. I bought a regular size candy bar to eat as a snack. It was only 99 cents at this store. The package you see in the picture I bought at Wal-Mart recently in the candy aisle. This is a package of eight miniature candy bars. I only paid one dollar for the package.

When I first bought the candy bar, I brought it home to have as a snack before bed. I noticed on the package that is had dark chocolate on the outside and mint filling on the inside. I knew it would taste great beside it combined two excellent flavors into one great candy bar. I opened the package and saw that it looked like a regular 3 Musketeers, only with dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. I took a small bite and discovered the great combination of flavors. The filling in the candy bar was exactly like the original, but it had a mint flavoring instead. It was not too sweet or too rich. It was just right. The filling was light and fluffy with a great texture. You could smell the mint filling.

The next time I purchased the 3 Musketeers Mint with Dark Chocolate I bought an extra one for my husband to try. At first he was reluctant because he isn't a very big fan of dark chocolate. I told him that he would like it because the dark chocolate is not overwhelming. He took one bite and was hooked on this glorious candy bar. Now every time we go to the store we are both looking for these. We were lucky enough to find the miniatures at Wal-Mart. I have to say that this is now one of my favorite candy bars. I hope that 3 Musketeers keeps this variety on the shelves. The next time you are looking for a sweet treat, find these and you will be glad you tried them. They are so light and fluffy, and have just the right taste. Just think too, these have 45% less fat than most candy bars. One and a half miniature bars only equal 100 calories.
