Real Estate iPhone App #1: Zillow
The first real estate iPhone app I would like to share with you is Zillow. Zillow is great for Realtors, real estate investors, and those who are house-hunting. Zillow uses GPS to determine your location. As you drive, the Zillow app will tell you estimated real estate values for the houses you are near. How cool is that? Gone are the days where you would have to rely on a Realtor to give you comparable neighborhood sales - you can use Zillow to tell you as you drive by!
If you are a Realtor, you should be sure to download the Zillow app. This real estate iPhone app is essential for Realtors. Use this app to show your clients real-time real estate values. This will give you a cutting edge over your competition that may have to go back to the office to download MLS information.
If you have the iTouch, certain features of Zillow won't work for you. This is because the iTouch does not have GPS.
Real Estate iPhone App #2: iCalc Mortgage
No matter what level of real estate you are interested in, real estate is about money. The second real estate iPhone app I would like to share with you is iCalc Mortgage. This real estate iPhone app allows you to estimate your mortgage payment using different assumptions. This can help investors see if a given real estate parcel is worth their time. This can help home buyers determine if they can afford a house. This real estate iPhone app can help Realtors by allowing them to aid their clients in determining mortgage payments that work for them.
Real Estate iPhone App #3: Trulia iPhone App
The third real estate iPhone app I would like to share with you is Trulia. Trulia has up-to-date home value information. You can search listings around you. This real estate iPhone app will even map out listings. You can use this real estate iPhone app to save your favorite listings on your iPhone.
Whether you are looking for real-time information, ready to figure out how much real estate you can buy, or just looking to search listings near you, there's a real estate iPhone app to help you. Real estate iPhone apps are useful for Realtors, landlords, real estate investors, and future homeowners alike!
