3 Things Britney Spears Needs to Hear

Britney Spears is always in the news because of all the attention-getting antics she's been up to. She shaved her beautiful blond hair until she was completely bald, she performed terribly back in the fall season, her kids were taken away from her because of her hideous behavior. It seems something negative is uncovered about her everyday.

To be honest, I am not really a Britney Spears fan. I am part of a more mature listening audience and prefer things like jazz and Christian music. Not to say there is anything wrong with that type of music or anyone who listens to it. It's just not my preference. That may leave you wondering why I've chosen Britney Spears as a topic to focus on.

While I believe that Britney has brought on most of these negative things herself, the media isn't helping. I think they are contributing to her negative image and almost feeding into it, keeping her in a downward spiral. Between the media and Britney's life issues, she probably doesn't even realize that there is hope. So what would I tell her if I could sit down with her face-to-face with Starbuck's white hot chocolate and just chit chat the way us girls do?

There is hope
I'd let Britney Spears know that everyday we get a chance to start over new. We can leave the past behind us and grow and improve ourselves to be something better. I won't deny it though, it takes a lot of hard work. I struggle myself everyday, but there IS a chance to get better no matter what our hang ups are. Unfortunately, if Britney Spears doesn't recognize this, she is just going to keep getting involved with more and more self-destructive things that she is surely to regret later. Why would you work so hard at something if didn't think there was any hope? If we were sitting together, I'd encourage her to get help no matter what the cost. To get serious about facing her struggles and tackling them. It would be worth it for Spears later now matter how hard it is now.

God loves you anyway
It's always nice to know that someone loves us so I'd remind Britney no matter how bad her actions are, or have been, God loves her (and the rest of us!) anyway. It's never to late to make peace with ourselves and ask for God's forgiveness for the things we've done. Britney will receive more favor and blessings from God if she would just ask for His help.

Make peace with your family
Britney's kids have been taken away from her, Britney and her mother are on the outs, she's divorced, and who knows how many other family member's relationships have gone south. Obviously I don't know the entire situation so I won't even try to blame one person or the other. But honestly for Britney's sake she should really make peace with her family. Putting pride aside is more important than continuing to make waves with those she loves and who love her. Life is too short for this petty stuff - just get over it. Britney could really use their help in recovering from the various issues she has and it would be helpful if her family was there for her.

Everyone can benefit from these three quick points, not just Britney - myself included!
