Eco friendly bamboo office supplies are all the rage. You can incorporate bamboo and eco friendly bamboo office supplies and decor in your home office in a variety of ways.

Each of these fun eco friendly bamboo office storage ideas and décor will create a fun and stylish look that is great for the environment as well.

Eco Friendly Bamboo Office Storage #1: Planters

Bamboo planters are a great way to keep your office organized and still get the look of bamboo on a budget. In place of buying over priced bamboo office filing cabinets try buying about 4 to 6 bamboo planters.

Look for large planters that are square in shape. Round will also work, but make sure the diameter is at least 12 inches.

Now, simply line some existing shelves with the bamboo planters and stack your office papers in them. You can store plaint printer paper or line piece vertically to create small filing cabinets.

This creates a cohesive look and you can not see the mess!

Eco Friendly Bamboo Office Storage #2: Wall Art

You can also get the look of bamboo in some simple wall art on a budget. I like to take rows of pre cut dried bamboo and hang them on the wall. This feels like a blank canvas. You can also add clips and hooks for more office storage.

To do this simply tae a sheet of plywood. Glue the bamboo to the plywood tightly so that there is no space in between each piece. I like to use something like Gorilla glue for this since it is so sturdy.

Once dry you can drill small hoe sin the bamboo an screw in tea cup hooks. Do this in a grid pattern to create a uniform look.

Now, hang clips and papers from each hook! You can also use this to hang photos of the family in your home office.

Eco Friendly Bamboo Office Storage #3: Bamboo Desk Top

Try having dried bamboo cut out to the same width as you table. You can glue them on the top using the same Gorilla Glue. Once dry you can top off with a sheet of glass. You have a new bamboo desk top to get a whole Zen look in you office.

You will need to raise your office char an inch or two to make up for the extra height, but most office chairs are adjustable and will work with this bamboo desk look. This one looks rich, but is super affordable.
