Picture this for a moment. You and your honey wake up on Valentines Day and immediately reach for each other. An hour later she say's "I'm hungry honey." What are you going to fix? Well I have three yummy breakfast ideas for Valentines Day that will keep everyone smiling.

French Toast with Cream Cheese and Strawberries

Ingredients:
6 Slices of French Bread
2 Large Eggs
½ cup of Low-Fat Strawberry Cream Cheese
½ cup of Fresh Strawberries
¼ cup of Milk
¼ t of Vanilla Extract
1 T of Powered Sugar
Bottle of Maple Syrup
Butter

Step 1- Melt some butter in a Non-Stick Skillet on the stove.

Step 2- Take the bread and spread the cream cheese on it generously. Now slice the strawberries and put 3-4 on bread and cover with another piece of bread like a sandwich.

Step 3- Now mix the vanilla, eggs and milk in a large bowl.

Step 4- Dip the bread sandwich in the batter quickly so it doesn't fall apart.

Step 5- Fry in the skillet of butter until toasty on outside.

Step 6- Place cooked sandwich on plate. Drizzle maple syrup on top then sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.

Step 7- Serve with orange juice or make a mimosa with champagne.

Heart Shaped Pancakes with Raspberries

Ingredients:
Pancake Mix
Red Food Coloring
Heart Shaped Cookie Cutter
1 lb Raspberries
Strawberry Flavored Syrup
Powdered Sugar
Butter
Cranberry-Orange juice from frozen concentrate
(optional vodka for mixing with juice)

Step 1- Mix the pancake mix according to directions on the box.

Step 2- Add food coloring until batter is red.

Step 3- Melt a little butter in a skillet on the stove. Then pour out pancakes being careful to make them big enough for the cookie cutter.

Step 4- Put cooked pancakes on clean counter or large cutting board and cut out heart shapes with cookie cutter.

Step 5- Place pancakes around plate drizzling with maple syrup. Then lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. Lay the raspberries over the top.

Step 6- Serve with cranberry orange juice with or without your favorite vodka.

Heart Shaped Breakfast Pie

Ingredients:
2T Butter
Buttered Flavored Crisco
2 c plain crotons
t parsley
t sage
t rosemary
¼ t pepper
½ t salt
1c Milk
1c Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 eggs
1 c of cooked and crumbled sausage
Apple-Grape Juice from concentrate.

Step 1- Melt 2 T of butter.

Step 2- Grease a heart shaped cake pan with the Crisco and add the crotons, parsley, sage, rosemary, pepper, salt.

Step 3- Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the mixture.

Step 4- Mix milk and eggs and pour into pan.

Step 5- Mix the crumpled sausage over the top.

Step 6- Set the oven for 350 degrees and cook the mixture for approximately 35 minutes.

Step 7- Remove the pan from the oven when finished cooking and let it rest on stove for 10 minutes. Turn over on a plate and drizzle with catsup.

Step 8- Serve with Apple-Grape juice.
