30 Habits that Will Change Your Life

Life Changing Suggestions by Oscar Del Ben

Elena dal Friuli
I literally stumbled upon this article "30 Habits that Will Change Your Life" and I fell in love with the whole blog site.

Many of the things Oscar mentions, you probably already know; however, they are still a good reminder of those little things that will make our lives better when applied.

He has divided the list of 30 habits into four categories: health, productivity, personal development, and career.

Under each category, there are suggestions to help us implement those changes.

For example under the health category he discusses the eating, sleeping, drinking, and exercising habits. Majority of the items listed we have been told over and over again, like drinking water, sleeping eight hours a day, and exercising. However, it will not hurt us to be reminded of them and to take the time to review them again.

Under productivity he talks about priorities, developing our ideas, and even our e-mail checking schedule. How many of us check our e-mail account, or accounts, multiple times a day? He suggests to limit ourselves to two times a day. This is one suggestion I will have trouble following, but I am going to take on the challenge!

The personal development category touches on items such as keeping our minds sharp with reading or with mind games.

Finally, but not the least important, the career section covers two ways to get our career moving upward.

You have to visit his website. I am sure you will find it very interesting. It is a very good read and I am ever so happy to have stumbled upon it.

Oscar is absolutely amazing, and I am even more happy to find out that he is from the same region my family is from, the Friuli region. No wonder I think he is so wonderful!

Thank you Oscar for taking the time to share your bits of wisdom with us.
