313 Clinton Avenue is home to Janna Kennedy Hyten, The Halloween Lady, and her team of friends who organize a neighborhood Halloween experience each year. The parlor levels of 313 Clinton Avenue serve as a haunted mansion to the Clinton Hill community. Their 19th annual party will be held on Oct. 31 and it is expected to be as amazing as past events.
Notable past events include last year's "Clinton Hell Carnival of Carnage." This year's production theme is "The Vampire Opera." The event is a block party full of elaborate displays and lawn shows. T-shirts and tote bags for Halloween 313 are being sold at the 313 Clinton Avenue table at the Fort Greene Brooklyn Flea. Proceeds go towards this year's production costs.
