Just a short distance from the McCarran Airport (LAS), near UNLV and not far from the strip, Alternate Reality Comics has a location so convenient it's almost a shame not to stop by. In addition to their great location, Alternate Reality Comics has a knowledgeable staff that is active in both the local and national comic communities.
Off-Strip Favorite: Maximum Comics
Maximum Comics is a good-sized newer comic book store located west of the strip in a large shopping center. This store has a good selection of merchandise, posters, classic comics, graphic novels and underground comics.Maximum Comics is located at 5130 S Fort Apache Rd, Suite 285, Las Vegas, NV 89148. The plaza also has a Wal-Mart, a Lowe's, a 99 cent store and pet store. Next to Maximum Comics, there is also a video game store and a novelty candy and soda store, which makes it a good location to visit even though it is not close to the Las Vegas strip and tourist area.

Dark Tower Comics has a lot of gifts and comic book merchandise for fans of classic comic books. They have some comic book selection, but their focus is on the merchandise.
