Incorporate these "4 Essentials" into your life and I guarantee you will achieve the "3 H's." It is not impossible. You can do it. In fact, anyone can do it. Anyone! It doesn't matter if you are young, old, fat, thin, male, female, ugly, mean, or depressed. You can do it!!!
The "4 Essentials:"
1. EXERCISE:
The body is the most amazing machine ever created. It longs to be used. Neglect it and it will betray you. Take full advantage of it and it will reward you tremendously. But, be careful not to abuse it. The reason so many people have negative associations with exercise is because they have neglected or abused their bodies for so long and cringe at the very thought of exercise. Take solace in the fact that everyone, yes everyone, can whip his or her body back into shape. I don't care how old, overweight, or out of shape you are. Your body will surprise you if you incorporate the "4 Essentials" into your life. You will be amazed at how resilient your body is. I bet you can think back and recall how it has already recovered from so much neglect and abuse you have inflicted upon it. Have faith. You can do it. Stay tuned! In further articles I will give you an in-depth look at specific exercises that will get your body working for you.
2. DIET:
Everyone's body is the same but different. Our bodies all require the same essential nutrients. However, we all require different amounts of nutrients. Our bodies are all susceptible to damage caused by various toxins and diseases. Yet, some of us are more adapt at fending off these toxins and diseases. Regardless of how efficient your body is, why not provide it with the proper essential nutrients on a regular basis so that you can become better equipped to fend off toxins and diseases and improve your quality of life. Become healthier, happier, and hotter. Chances are, you've been raised on the typical American diet, therefore you tend to crave a lot of junk food filled with empty calories and you neglect the foods that supply your body with the essential nutrients. Imagine a world without fast food, sweets, coffee, drugs, and alcohol. You'd be forced to feed the body what it is meant to be fed. In turn, you'd find yourself craving the natural nutrients the body essentially needs. In future articles, I will go into detail on what your body needs and doesn't need in order to become a well-oiled machine capable of functioning at it's highest level, thereby helping you to become healthier, happier, and hotter.
3. SLEEP:
In order to fully benefit from exercise and a proper diet, you must get enough quality sleep on a regular basis. Again, everyone's body is the same yet different. We all need our quality sleep. Yet, some of us just require more than others. However many hours you need, make sure they are quality hours. In future articles, I will go into detail on how to achieve quality sleep (REM sleep). I will also give solutions to those of you who have difficulty getting any sleep at all. Diet, exercise, and morality all come into play. Speaking of morality...
4. MORALITY:
Yes, morality. It is very difficult to reach your maximum potential in life and to become healthier, happier, and hotter if you don't live your life by some sort of moral code. What do I mean by a moral code? I'll tell you.
-Be considerate. Don't become too narcissistic and neglect your responsibilities in life. (Family, friends, relationships, work, etc.)
-Be positive. Don't allow negative feelings to overwhelm you.
-Be honest. Don't get in the habit of telling those little white lies. Don't cheat. Don't steal. No matter how small and harmless these little acts may
seem, they add up and begin to define who you are.
If you stray too far from your moral code, eventually your subconscious will get the best of you, making it harder to focus on achieving your goals of becoming healthier, happier, and hotter. Immoral people age faster, become ill more frequently, have a harder time exercising, have poorer diets, smile less, and, believe it or not, are uglier than they would otherwise be if they weren't immoral.
THE REWARD:
If you incorporate each of the "4 Essentials" into your life, you will achieve a standard of living you never dreamed possible. I promise you. It is amazing.
