For a woman, dating at work is sometimes the norm rather than the exception. With time and kids limiting your options, sometimes you may have to look to the pool of men that surround you every day to find a good mate.

Although this may seem like a daunting task, it's actually not. You can find out a lot about a man because you'll spend a lot of time around them in your professional environment.

Most people, not just men, give off major keys at to their personality and habits right at the work office. Does he keep a neat desk? Is his dress sloppy or professional? How is his eye contact? Is he a man of his word?

There are tons of clues you can pick up about a man by working either with him, opposite of him or in the same office as him.

Here are a few things to observe about a man in the work place that will let you know if he's worthy of your time.

1. What are his real priorities? Is he a man who wants to win at all cost or does he take other factors into consideration. What position does he take on matters that are critical to you? Are your priorities closely intertwined with his?

Don't think you can get a man and then change him after the fact. That usually leads to disaster.

2. What kind of women is he attracted to? You can get a good idea of what kind of woman a man likes but who he approaches at work. Maybe he talks a lot about what kind of woman he desires. If you listen close enough, he'll tell you everything you need to know.

3. How does he handle stress? Is he a guy that blows his top at every little thing or does he keep his cool when the temperature gets hot? Keep an eye on him when the pressure is on to get an idea of what he will be like in a hot situation with you.

4. Does he give you honest answers or is he just one of those guys that says what you want to here? This is a good trait to keep an eye out for. You want a guy that is honest but also has some tact about him. If a guy is consistently dishonest at work, chances are he will be the same way with you in a personal relationship.
