4 Ways to Make Money Online Without a Website

Tom Servo

Many people think the only way you can make money online is if you have your own website, but that simply is not true. In fact, there may be more opportunities for making money online without a website than with one. The following are only four of the ways you can do this, and while they might not make you rich, you certainly can make some extra money from them.

Fiverr.com

Fiverr is quickly becoming one of the most popular websites out there. The premise is simple: you can request $5 for literally anything. Seriously, anything. You can offer to take a picture of yourself, or sing a song, or draw a picture, write an article, make a video, etc… The only catch is that you can only charge five bucks and Fiverr will keep $1 as their fee. But, if you get creative with this, you can surely make some decent money from it.

Writing Articles

This probably one of the easiest ways to make money online without a website. If you can write a paragraph, just write three more and you're there! There are tons of sites that will pay you to write. Some will pay you flat flee, some will give you a split of the ad revenue; you just have to look into and find a site(s) that's right for you. You can start right here on the Yahoo! Contributor Network. There's also Helium and Brighthub, just to name a few.

Selling on Amazon and eBay

Have something to sell? Don't have a website of your own? Well, there you go. In fact, you'll probably do better selling items on Amazon or eBay than you would on your own site because they have a built-in customer base. If you're selling a digital product, I strongly suggest Amazon over eBay since it seems to be more conducive to ebooks, audio files, etc... The Amazon Kindle store is great place to sell ebooks.

Paid to Post

You definitely won't get rich doing this, but if you already spend a lot of time talking on message boards, writing questions on sites like Yahoo! Answers, etc… you might as well get paid to do. There are plenty of websites and webmasters that will pay you to post on their forums, ask/answer questions, etc… I strongly recommend postloop.com for getting paid to post on forums and comment on blogs. The great thing about postloop is they pay within hours once you reach the payout minimum.
