I think it is not always easy to eat all the fruits and vegetables you need for good health. According to the U.S. dietary guidelines we are supposed to have 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables every day! I usually try to eat nutritious food rather than relying on supplements, but 5-9 servings is a lot of fruits and vegetables. 42 Fruits and Vegetables is a great product to have around when I know I am not eating like I should. I have been taking these for a few months. One the bottle it recommends to take 2 capsules each day. I'll be honest, sometimes I forget to take them. Although, I know that they do work because I will take a few capsules when I am tired and they seem to give me more energy almost immediately.
This is probably one of the best fruit and vegetable supplements on the market and least expensive. I have tried other products at twice the cost with same quantity of ingredients. In addition, Nutraceutical Sciences Institute has an excellent reputation that I trust to provide quality products. They are doctor endorsed and company decisions are made by board certified medical doctors.
On the label of bottle it says, "The NSI Scientific Advisory Board of medical doctors developed a revolutionary approach to bioavailability: UltrAbsorb Technology. It provides speedy assimilation and easy, gentle absorption of nutrients that promote health." That is extremely important because if your supplements are not absorbed well by the body they will be essentially useless.
Nutrients in 42 Fruits and Vegetables are designed to promote the healthy functioning of your heart, immune system, digestive system, bones and skin. I like the product because it makes me feel better and seems to make me a bit more energetic.
