1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1 pint peach, raspberry or lime sherbet
1 Tbls soft butter
2 Tbls powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarita mix (frozen is better)
1 pint vanilla bean ice cream
3 Tbls orange juice or tequila

3 Tbls orange juice or tequila
Mix cracker crumbs, butter, powdered sugar and 1/4 cup margarita mix and press into a pie plate or 8" x 8" pan.
Mix sherbet, 1/4 cup margarita mix and orange juice and blend in the softened ice cream.
Gently add mixture to pie plate.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm (about 5 hours). However, this can be left to freeze overnight.
Prior to serving, garnish with blue berries, sliced strawberries and chocolate drizzle.
