4th of July Celebration Pie

1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1 pint peach, raspberry or lime sherbet
1 Tbls soft butter
2 Tbls powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarita mix (frozen is better)
1 pint vanilla bean ice cream
3 Tbls orange juice or tequila

Mix cracker crumbs, butter, powdered sugar and 1/4 cup margarita mix and press into a pie plate or 8" x 8" pan.

Mix sherbet, 1/4 cup margarita mix and orange juice and blend in the softened ice cream.

Gently add mixture to pie plate.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm (about 5 hours). However, this can be left to freeze overnight.

Prior to serving, garnish with blue berries, sliced strawberries and chocolate drizzle.

Add peaches, raspberries, lime slices or any of your favorite fruits to make this an all season dessert. It's best to compliment the fruit with the sherbet.
