Post a CommentGo to the Musical Fourth concert in Uptown Dallas if you enjoy and want to sing patriotic songs July 4. The rat-tat of a snare drum and voices bursting into the air singing is an inspiring free celebration. Plus there's free barbecue and pie tasting after. Concert starts at 4 p.m. July 4 at The Chapel of the Cross, 4333 Cole Ave. between Knox and Fitzhugh. More info at www.MusicalFourth.com.
That really is a great site, but the music is a bit much. If you turn it off (immediately!) then you can really get some great information about Dallas events.
The virtual fireworks were a nice touch too. . .
If you're looking for some good things to do for the fourth, check out this site:
www.4thofjulyeventsindallas.c o m
It has a complete list of neighborhood events in the metroplex with photos, pricing, and links to each cities website. You can even see maps to the event sites. I found it pretty useful so I thought that I'd pass it on. . .
