4th of July Events in Orange County - Huntington Beach
The city of Huntington Beach has hosted an annual 4th of July celebration since 1904. Today, the parade draws over 150,000 people. This year's spectacular fireworks display will last 23 minutes and include 1300 rounds of fireworks. Other festivities include a 4th of July parade, Surf City 5K run which kicks off the day's events, and an annual 3-day Pier Festival that includes entertainment and food vendors. 4th of July Events in Orange County - Newport Beach
Newport Beach offers two fun-filled 4th of July events. The first is the fireworks show held at Newport Dunes. This event includes live entertainment, food concessions, various contests and tournaments, and concludes with a spectacular fireworks display. The second event is the July 4th Independence Day Boat Parade. Boats decorated in the spirit of our nation's Independence cruise the harbor. 4th of July Events in Orange County - Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana
For a more unique way to celebrate 4th of July, the Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana presents its latest exhibit: Boeing Rocket Lab. This amazing exhibit debuts on July 2nd and features a simulated rocket launch inside the cube. The opening day celebration includes live entertainment, lots of American flags and other fun activities for the entire family. For more information, go here.

4th of July Events in Orange County - Anaheim
Anaheim is best known for its popular tourist attractions but these same attractions also put on a great July 4th fireworks show. At Angel Stadium, known for their "Big Bang Friday" fireworks events, will be hosting a post-game fireworks spectacular on July 4th that will be visible for miles. For tickets to the Los Angeles Angels vs. Kansas City Royals game, please click here. Just down the street from Angel Stadium is Anaheim's most famous resident, Mickey Mouse. Disneyland, too, is well known for their stunning fireworks that explode into the sky nightly. 4th of July Events in Orange County - Dana Point
Head to Doheny State Park to view one the the best fireworks displays around. The July 4th extravaganza is set to music and can also be heard on your radio at KSBR 88.5 FM.
