5 Actors Who Shouldn't Win an Oscar Ever

The Oscars are almost here. The recognize excellence in various movie categories. This award show is the biggest one of the year. In addition, it is my favorite award show. Getting an Oscar is hard to do and their are many deserving actors that don't receive an Oscar ever in their career. There are also actors that shouldn't get an Oscar at any point in their acting career. Here are five actors who shouldn't prepare an Oscar anytime soon.

1. Tom Cruise went from respected actor to Hollywood joke. He was once a good actor. He also was nominated for Oscars. However, It would be surprising if people ever forget Tom's crazy behavior. In addition, his latest movies have been mediocre. This "top gun" has crashed hard in Hollywood.

2. Mel Gibson isn't respected in Hollywood anymore. I think that he should go back to Australia and start over. The Lethal Weapon movies were good. However, Mel Gibson's personal views have gotten him him in trouble in Hollywood. It would be safe to say that few people want to work with him. He needs to go to anger management classes. Mel will be lucky to have a career in movies again. However, it is unlikely that he will ever write an Oscar acceptance speech.

3. Katie Holmes doesn't pick the right film projects. She was good as Joey Potter in Dawson's Creek. Her career looked promising. However, her career is stalling. She doesn't choose the right movie roles. I wonder how much say Tom Cruise has in Katie's movie choices. She has a great fashion sense. But, if her movies don't do better at the box office then, she will be looking for work in another industry. She needs to sit down and reevaluate her movie choices.

4. Jennifer Aniston movie roles are similar. She plays the same type of role over and over again. She was great in Friends. However, most of her films have failed to excite movie audiences. It might be a good idea for her to stop making romantic comedies. In addition, it seems like she is overpaid based on what her movies bring in to the box office. I would be her friend; however, I am not keen on seeing her movies.

5. Rob Pattinson only knows about vampires. He is good looking; however, he hasn't exercised his acting chops. He is a hot vampire. But, after the Twilight movies his career could stall. He is famous because he is a heartthrob. I wonder how long his movie career will last. I don't see an Oscar in his future.

The Oscars are the time when the movie industry shines. Many actors can't wait to receive their Oscar. Some actors will only wait a few weeks before getting their Oscar. However, there are some actors who shouldn't write their Oscar acceptance speech anytime soon.
