Kill Garden Pests
Beer can kill slugs. Slugs love beer. Fill wide mouth jars 1/3 of the way full with beer. Bury the jars 15 to 20 feet away from the garden so that the lids are uncovered by dirt and are even with the ground. Because slugs love beer, they will try to drink it. Then they will fall into the jars and drown.
Clean Copper Pots
Beer can clean copper pots. Pour a small amount of beer into a copper pot. Let the beer sit for a few minutes. Then use a cloth to wipe the beer out of the pot. The beer will clean the copper pot because it is slightly acidic.
Clean Wooden Furniture
The beer has to be flat. Bubbly beer should not be used. Wipe some flat beer on a cloth. Then use the cloth with beer on it to wipe wooden furniture. After this, use the another cloth to dry the wood.
Make Hair Prettier
Beer can make hair shine and give it a great luster. Boil a cup of beer until it is reduced to 1/4 cup. Let the beer cool. Add this to regular shampoo. This will help hair look shiny. Also, for after washing hair, mix three tablespoons of beer with a half cup of warm water. Rub it into your hair and let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse it out of your hair. This will make hair bouncier.
Soothe Sore and Tired Feet
Get a container for resting or washing feet. Make sure the beer is ice-cold and bubbly. Fill the container with the ice-cold bubbly beer and soak feet in it. This should sooth the feet after a long day.
