5 Awesome Online Stores for Pin Up Girl Clothing

Amanda King
Looking for retro and vintage clothing for a 1950s pin up girl look can be hard. Mainstream clothing stores will only offer pin up girl clothing if it is in style for the season. Scouring racks in vintage and thrift shops can take hours and most of the time you can come out with very few pieces that make one feel like a pin up girl. Thank goodness for online shopping. I've found five awesome online stores that offer pin up girl clothing. All of the pin up girl clothing sites will help you channel your inner Bettie Page.

Pin Up Girl Online Clothing Store #1: Bettie Page at bettiepageclothing.com
This is one of my favorite shops for pin up girl clothing. Mostly it's because one of their main models looks just like Bettie Page, but also because the prices are fairly reasonable. If you're lucky enough to live in Los Angeles or Las Vegas you can browse one of the boutique stores without having to log onto the internet, but for the rest of us there is the website. They offer lots of dresses, some t-shirts, accessories, and separates. As of right now they don't offer anything under their lingerie tab, but there is a lot of clothing to browse through on the site. The site has more of a focus on dresses and separates that are more dressy than casual. If you're in the market for a great pencil skirt or a slinky black dress, this site is a must.

Pin Up Girl Online Clothing Store #2: Pin Up Girl Clothing at pinupgirlclothing.com
This site is the ultimate one stop shop for pin up girl clothing. There is a lot of retro clothing to browse through and you may find yourself at the site for a few hours. It is easy to get lost at this site, but only because they offer so much. They offer all of the retro inspired dresses and separates that you can find on many other sites, but they also offer jewelry, shoes, cosmetics, and retro swim wear. During the fall season they also offer Halloween costumes. They heavily promote the Pinup Couture line, but many other brands are offered at this site. The prices are great and if you're in for a pair of leopard print pumps, you won't be disappointed.

Pin Up Girl Online Clothing Store #3: Baby Girl Boutique at babygirlboutique.com
This site is a lot like pinupgirlclothing.com, offering much of the same items at the same prices. The good thing about this site is that you can easily browse the sidebar for different brands of pin up girl clothing if you have a preference. You'll find a lot of fun jewelry and hair accessories here, which is why it has made the list. The online store also offers alternative, indie, and bohemian style clothing too.

Pin Up Girl Online Clothing Store #4: Heartbreaker Fashion at shop.heartbreakerfashion.com
Heartbreaker fashion is a smaller scale site compared to the previous three. They only offer pin up dresses and separates as well as hair accessories. The prices are very good, especially since everything is made to your size when you order. This online clothing store is worth the browse. Even though they don't offer as many pieces as some of the other stores, they have some styles that cannot be found elsewhere.

Pin Up Girl Online Clothing Store #5: Mode Merr at modemerr.com
Like Heartbreaker Fashion, Mode Merr offers only clothing and accessories that are made to order. They have a larger selection to choose from and their sizing is more flexible, from XXS to XXL. They divide up most of their pin up clothing between "Bad Girl" and "Good Girl", which makes the site more interesting to browse. The orders can take some time though, up to four weeks, but the reviews for Mode Merr say that their clothing is beautiful as well as durable. They also offer a line of pewter jewelry by Martha Rotten. The jewelry is intricate and a little on the spooky goth side, but would make a beautiful addition to any pin up girl outfit. This site is awesome if great fitting pin up clothing at freakishly low prices is what you're looking for.
