5 Best Moments of Black Eyed Peas Super Bowl Performance

The half-time show performers this year at the Packers vs. Steelers Super Bowl was the group The Black Eyed Peas. It wasn't a perfect performance, but they were entertaining enough.

Best Black Eyed Peas Half-Time Show Moments

05. Where's the Love Obama?

One of the best moments of the Black Eyed Peas Super Bowl half-time show performance was when Will.I.Am changed up his lyrics to give President Obama some advice on the need to educate the children and provide more jobs. This could easily be one of the worst moments of the Black Eyed Peas' performance, but I'm flipping it because I love the ego it takes to deliver such advice. Plus, he's right; the kids are in need of some better edumication.

04. Hearts Perfected

I must say I was a little disappointed when the on-field half-time show performers weren't able to form a better looking circle at one point. If you have OCD, you know what I'm talking about. But they redeemed themselves when they lined up to form the most perfect looking heart during the Where's the Love song.

03. Black Eyed Peas: Legacy

The futuristic Tron inspired outfits were definitely cool. Especially Fergie's football pad wardrobe. I think the next Super Bowl should be played in the dark with teams dressed in similarly inspired uniforms. Although with all the focus on the anthems Black and Yellow (by Wiz Khalifa) vs. Green and Yellow (by Lil Wayne) seems like this would have been the year for a futuristic colorized Super Bowl.

02. Dirty Bit

I don't know if it because we were given a break from the Black Eyed Peas off-tune singing or what, but the three seconds or so when the Black Eyed Peas and other half-time performers were acting all robotic while the "dirty bit" beat from their song The Time was playing was awesome.

01. Sweet Child O'Mine

Speaking of singing off-tune... So, Fergie is a bit hit or miss when it comes to her singing, but who cares? She's still hot and nothing is cooler than doing a cover alongside Slash of Guns N Roses.
