I like coffee and books. This is because both are stimulating. In addition, both coffee and books can keep people up all night. Since I like both coffee and books, I have created a list of five books that coffee lovers will drink up with or without cream and sugar.

1. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is a coffee lovers dream. This fiction book in the first in a three book series. It is a murder mystery that is set in Sweden. This book makes the list because the main character is forever drinking coffee. He is either buying coffee or he is offered coffee. This "coffee" book will satisfy the urge for coffee or it will make readers want to drink pots of coffee. But, it will keep readers up all night.

2. How Starbucks Saved My Life is inspiring to coffee drinkers of all ages. This non fiction book tells the story of a man who is fired from his corporate job. He takes a job at Starbucks. This job teaches him the history of coffee and various baked goods. But, more importantly, it teaches him about friendship and teamwork. This book makes the list because it will give readers a jolt of caffeine just bt reading this book.

3. The Peach Keeper is a Southern take on coffee. This book takes place in North Carolina. The story is about the Osgood family, an inn, and coffee and pastries. Readers will discover a skeleton in the closet, some resentment, and a charming nature store that serves good coffee a brownies. This book makes the list because two characters work in a coffee place that is prominent in the story. This book has many beans that will have readers coming back for a second cup and dessert.

4. Onward is another book about Starbucks. It seems like Starbucks has always been successful and popular. I go to Starbucks for passion tea, pumpkin spice coffee, and blueberry scones. However, Omward is the true story of how one man transformed Starbucks into a company with compassion and humanity. This book makes the list because it is a story about a man and his caring coffeehouse.

5. Black Coffee is an international mystery. This mystery was written by Agatha Christie. The story involves family fights, old flames, and some explosives. This book makes the list because the explosives are more powerful than black coffee. There will be no cream and sugar in this book. However, there will be murder and mayhem in this book,

Books and coffee are stimulating. In addition, they could keep people up all night. I enjoy a good cup of coffee and a good book. I take cream and sugar in my coffee. But, I like my books without cream and sugar. Since, coffee and books go together, I have provided a list of books that will provide readers and coffee drinkers a jolt of excitement and caffeine.
