5 Celebs Celebrating Christmas with New Babies

Rebecca Bardelli

It is time for Christmas trees, gifts and celebrity news. Five celebrities will be celebrating Christmas with new babies. Even though a new child is plenty to be thankful for, these celebrities have even more that they have been blessed with.

Niki Taylor

Niki Taylor and her husband, Burney Lamar, just had their fourth child on November 16. While the baby boy, Rex, didn't arrive in time for Thanksgiving, he will get to celebrate his first Christmas. Baby Rex joins his supermodel mother, former NASCAR driver father and three siblings. People Magazine features precious pictures of Rex with his family.

In addition to having a new baby, Niki appeared on "Emeril's Table" to help him make pizza in the episode titled "Making Pizza at Home." The episode aired on November 9.

Tori Spelling

Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott and their two children will be celebrating Christmas with their newest addition, Hattie Margaret. Hattie was born in October, so she will be a little over 2-months-old on Christmas day. Tori and Dean want a fourth child, so perhaps they will have another new arrival next year.

I can't wait to see if Hattie will get dressed up for Christmas since she was dressed as a roast turkey for Thanksgiving. She looked so cute, and I am hoping to see this mini version of Tori dressed up as an elf or reindeer for Christmas.

Hugh Grant

In October, Hugh Grant became a proud, first time father at the age of 51. The mother, Tinglan Hong, and Grant are no longer together, but they are both blissful about their new daughter. Hong is a Chinese actress that lives in China with the baby girl, and Grant visits when he is in the country. Although there were original reports that Grant's daughter was named Jessica, we now know her name is Bamboo, meaning Happy Accident.

In addition to being blissful about Bamboo, Grant has two movies in the making to be jolly about. He will be playing the voice of Pirate Captain in "The Pirates! Band of Misfits." He will also be starring in "Cloud Atlas." Both movies are set to release in 2012.

Ne-Yo (Shaffer Smith)

Ne-Yo and his girlfriend, Monyetta Shaw, greeted their second child in October. One-year-old Madilyn Grace welcomed her new brother, Mason Evan Smith, who is now 1-month-old.

This R&B singer has a lot to be proud of this Christmas. In addition to welcoming a new baby, Ne-Yo is involved in several charities. On Friday, Nov. 25 Ne-Yo performed at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom to benefit the Angels With Heart Foundation, a charity that helps underprivileged children and adolescents.

This year, Ne-Yo also helped his mother raise money for St. Jude's Hospital to help fight cancer.

Smith also made an appearance on Thursday, Dec. 1 at Songs of Hope VII to help the fight against cancer by raising money for research at City of Hope.

This new father should be blissful about that fact that he is blessing others. He beautifully displays what the holiday season is all about.

Emily Deschanel

Emily Deschanel and her husband, David Hornsby, greeted their first baby in September, making Zooey Deschanel an aunt to a beautiful baby boy named Henry. Emily is the star of the television show "Bones," and Zooey stars in many movies including "(500) Days of Summer."

Emily should be blissful about her baby boy. She should also be happy that she was on the cover of FitPregnancy Magazine and that she makes about $200,000 for every "Bones" episode. That is plenty of money to spoil a new baby with.

Merry Christmas to everyone, and congratulations to these 10 new parents!
