A List of Five Christmas Carol CDs for Many Different Music Tastes

One thing that is always present during the Christmas Holidays is music. You can't go wrong by giving a CD full of great and inspiring Christmas songs. Here is a list of five CDs that I recommend and that come with great reviews by other listeners as well.

Elvis Presley Christmas Duets by Elvis Presley & Various Artists: A must for any Elvis fan and it is a great pick for anyone who enjoys Christmas music. They did a fantastic job at digitally remixing songs with Elvis and some of the best female voices of today's music. This will be a classic for years to come and keeps Elvis alive in the spirit of the Holidays.

A Winter Symphony by Sarah Brightman: Not your typical Christmas CD, but it is an album that echoes the times of winter and more of a true Christmas meaning. This would be a good pick for fans of the contemporary classical sounds that Sarah Brightman is so well know for.

Glorious Sounds of Christmas by the Philadelphia Orchestra: Beautiful classical Christmas CD with traditional compositions along with such greats as Mendelssohn, Handel, Beethoven etc... This one is a winner for any classical music buff, but it will enchant just about anyone who enjoys Christmas and classical music alike.

Joy to the World by Faith Hill: This is Faith Hill's first Holiday album and she really delivers with her beautiful voice and lovely renditions of great Christmas classics. It's a great pick for fans of Hill, and most Country Music fans as well, but also for anyone who likes Christmas music, old and new. Wonderful CD for getting into the spirit of Christmas.

Christmas Eve & Other Stories by Trans-Siberian Orchestra: Love this one! It's original, unique and a perfect gift for the modern music fan. It's absolutely inspirational and makes one want to run out and buy tickets for their concert. The combination of rock, and classical music is just phenomenal.

All CD's are available through Amazon.com and most local music and book stores.
