BS
There are not many people in the world that would turn down nice, straight, white teeth. Some are fortunate enough to be born with great teeth and a perfect smile, but most are not. A lot of people know which foods to avoid in order to keep their teeth, but not as many people know which foods will help them get healthier and whiter teeth. Just as there are bad foods for your teeth, there are good foods for your teeth. Since most people don't find a trip to the dentist particularly pleasant, try eating more of the foods to avoid cavities and give you a brighter smile. Here is a list of foods (and drinks) that will give you healthy and white teeth:

Cheese and Milk

Other foods high in calcium such as yogurt and milk are also great for your teeth.

Other foods that are crunchy, such as apples, are also great for your teeth as well as other foods high in fiber.

Sugarless gum
It's strange to think that gum could actually be helpful when it comes to healthy teeth, but the keyword is sugarless. Sugarless gum contains an ingredient that helps to protect your teeth from the foods you eat, which means less cavities and healthier teeth.
