The first skincare trick is for those of us that tend to have dry or rough skin. When we have this type of skin it is best to use a scrub of some kind in the shower. For extra added shine and smoothness on your skin, massage your scrub on before you get in the shower. That's right; rub it directly onto your dry skin.
We all should know by now that some of the best facial ingredients come straight out of our well stocked kitchens. For an extremely hydrated face I like to make a face mask out of yogurt and cucumbers. Just put them both in a blender and mix them really well. Apply to your face as you would any other type of mask and enjoy letting it soak into your skin. I suggest doing this about once a week for the best results.
One of the best pieces of advice I have ever gotten for lip treatments is to rub the contents of a pierced vitamin E capsule directly onto the lips. If you do this in place of your regular lip balm at least once a day, you will achieve the softest and healthiest lips in town.
We all tend to focus on making our faces look the best they can and keep them from aging as quickly as they would like to. What about our hands? Our hands age as quickly if not more so then our faces do. I suggest using your anti aging facial serum on your hands as well. This will help keep them looking as young as your face does.
