5. Woot! - Woot.com is one of the most popular websites online yet many people I talk to still haven't heard of it. Woot! is an online store and community that prides itself in selling cool stuff for low prices. Woot! introduced a very interesting (and fun) business model that has since been adopted by many other sites. Every day a new sale is introduced and is active for 24 hours or until that item sells out. A new product is released every morning at 12am central time, seven days a week, at which point the previous day's product is discontinued. Woot! is a great source for popular items and include sub-sites such as . . .
Sellout.Woot.Com - A Yahoo affiliated Woot site with one major daily sale as well as other great deals.
Shirt.Woot.Com - A new shirt every day, often by new creative artists. Most T-Shirts on here sell for about $10. Nice!
Wine.Woot.Com - A new deal on wine every day! Remember, the recipient must be sober and over 21 at the time of delivery!
Look at that, four different daily deal sites under one heading!
4. One Sale A Day - OneSaleADay.com is unique in that, despite it's name, offers FIVE new sales every day! Well, technically there is one 'main attraction', which doesn't fit into any specific category. In addition to this one item though, OneSaleADay offers a watch, jewelry, electronic, and family sale every day making it a one stop shop for everyone in the family. I particularly enjoy OneSaleADay because they often post $0.00 sales which are FREE aside from the reasonable shipping charges, usually about $4.99. We're only at number 4 and you already have nine different sales every day!
3. Yugster - Yugster.com is another great site with daily deal offerings. There is a new product offered every day at 6:00 a.m. eastern time with a "time left" countdown. Additionally, the site offers a "Yours Until Gone" section which has no time expiration, and is instead active until the site's stock is depleted. But wait, there's more! Not only does Yugster have a daily offering on watches but they also offer a second chance for you to go back and purchase some of the previous deals that hasn't sold out!
2. DOD Tracker - There are plenty of new deal of the day sites popping up all the time, and it can be hard to keep track of them all. That is why there are sites like DODTracker.com which allow you to check out all of the above site's sales, and more, in one place! DODTracker is user friendly though not as aesthetically appealing as the above sites. It does, however, save you the hassle of having to visit each site individually. What I like most about DODTracker is that it places all of the sales into categories. All of the sites listed above and other daily offering sites are placed in one spot, the "One-a-Day Sites" category. Are you looking specifically for electronics or clothes and apparel though? DOD Tracker has sections for all of your needs, check it out!
1. SlickDeals - Slickdeals.net is one of my favorite sites because of the fantastic community. All of the deals on slickdeals and their forums are user contributed with only the best deals gracing the front page. Click on a sale and you will often find tons of comments from real people like you and I either reviewing the product or comparing prices. More often than not you will find not only the sale and "suggested" retail price, but REAL prices for the item on other websites. On top of that, specs and details as well as how exactly to claim the deal and save the most money are laid out right there for you, and the deal's contributor is credited.
During these rough times, who isn't looking for a great deal? Sure you could resist treating yourself but where's the fun in that? Spoil yourself and your loved ones without breaking the bank by checking out these great sites... Don't go too crazy though, as that would just be counterproductive!
