5 Keywords to Write On, With Ideas to Form Opinions

Jacob Malewitz
Whenever you're writing an article for the internet, keywords can help in getting the word out on your story. I have written dozens of articles for Associated Content, and lately I've been getting ideas for stories from Most Searched New York Times Words and Phrases. I found it via another Associated Content article that called for keyword optimization. Getting high payments on Associated Content can be hard, but also can be done. What's easier is getting consistent payments.

Consistent payments are what freelance writers live for, and Associated Content is the prime site to get paid, even if it is small the payments are consistently prompt.

So what should you write on? Consider these ideas and you will get a few ideas for leading news stories that you can write an opinion on.

Iraq - Iraq is almost always on top of the Times site, and for good reason. It's the leading issue in the world today. Thousands have died in the fighting already and it seems to be a never-ending conflict. What is your opinion on the war? Do you have one on George Bush? Would you like to write a short history on the subject? It can all be done, and from the comfort of your home.

Hilary Clinton - Politics is big on the internet, whether it be Associated Content, the New York Times, or even Salon. As such, many people want to relate their opinions on the leading candidates for the upcoming presidential race. Hilary Clinton is a popular search on the internet and one many people have opinions on. You can also write on her husband, Bill Clinton, who is a hot commodity to this day.

Barack Obama - Another political candidate who is popular on the internet. There is a reason so many in-depth stories have been done on Barack Obama: He has a loyal following on the internet, and has done many an interview on television.

Immigration - Another political subject that is currently number one on the Times list. Can jobs be lost because of illegal immigrants? Should illegal immigrants be allowed to vote?

School - This will always be a topic with weight. Schools in America often don't perform as well as other country's schools on test. Write an article about your experience in school, or perhaps your children's. Did you think it was a waste of time and money? Did your children learn things you couldn't have taught them?

The possibilities are really endless for a writing of editorials. They won't always pay high, but you will get paid and earn many readers, who might not always agree with you. In the past I've earned as high as $10 on editorials, but often they've been rejected too. What it amounted to was keywords; if your article can be found on the internet because of its topic, you will get a good amount from a news site like Associated Content. If you work real hard on the article, consider other freelance markets like The Wall Street Journal.
