Goji Berries- These little powerhouses are packed full of loads of antioxidants which is good for your health in general, but they also pack a mean punch of amino acid content and plenty of essential fatty acids to boot. Both of which are big contributors to hormonal health. Making these part of your program to boost your libido could never hurt!
Barley Grass and Wheat Grass- These 2 very powerful and also very green superfoods are touting the benefits of improving erectile dysfunction in some recent studies. The grasses are grown from seed, then cut while they are just sprouting into young tender grasses. They are then dehydrated into a powder. They can be mixed in water or juice to drink quickly. You could also sprinkle it on other types of foods like salads. Either way, this is another great addition to enhancing your libido!
Garlic- This widely used spice also happens to be a rich source of a substance called allicin. You'll more than likely have to visit the health food store because the grocers usually carry the roasted and processed types of nuts, but it will be worth the trip to get the high nutrition of these powerful superfoods!!
