5 Most Dangerous Wii Fit Accessories for the Nintendo Wii

Wii Fit Accessorites that Might Land You in the Hospital

Wii Fit is fun and healthy game to play, but paired with the wrong accessories, Wii Fit can become a dangerous machine that exercises massive destruction. Following are the seven most dangerous and accident prone Wii Fit accessories you can have.

1. Wii Riiflex Weights

The Riiflex Wiimote weights seem like a simple and harmless object until you take into account what they will be used for. These Wiimote weights are made to be paired with the Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus gaming series and will make for a few accidental punches to the face, disoriented flailing fist assault charges, and wrist sprain due to their 2lb weight (1.5 max is preferred for arm exercises).

2. Wii Fit Balance Board

The Wii Fit Balance Board has an accident prone tell-tale clue in its name; balance. Balance isn't stable and by definition has an element of failure to it. When doing the quirky body positions of Wii Fit, be sure not to lose your balance or you'll come crashing down to a dangerous thump on the ground.

3. Wii Aerobic Step

Another Wii Fit accessory, the Wii Aerobic Step takes the Wii Fit Balance Board and turns it into a dangerous accident causing "trip pad." The Everlast Wii Aerobic Step adds 3 inches of height to the original (and dangerous in its own right) Wii Fit Balance Board, creating a gap between the Wii Fit Balance Board and the floor and making it perfect for failing and cracking your face against your HDTV.

4. Wii Boxing Gloves

The Wii Boxing Gloves (made by several gaming and exercise companies) makes it onto the list of most dangerous and accident prone Nintendo Wii Fit accessories for obvious reasons. This haymaker punch throwing accessory is made for swinging your fist through the air with two hard plastic objects attached to them (Wiimote and Nunchuck). If these rapidly punching hand weapons make contact with any innocent passers-by, it'll be lights out.

5. The Wiimote

While looking through various Wii Fit accessories I struggled not to add the Wiimote because it isn't exclusively a Wii Fit accessory but that's also the reason that it must be added to this list. The Wiimote is used as a Wii Fit accessory, but never in the history of gaming, has there been a more dangerous and accident causing gaming accessory (well maybe the Wii Bowling Ball accessory). This waving beat-em stick (usually used as a projectile) is the cause of sprained wrists, cracked screens, and victims all over the world. The Wiimote is a do-it-all destruction device so bad, that every Wii game you insert, prompts you to secure the thing before playing.
