Yep...that is right. Our pastor said yesterday that at a pastors' retreat he has just attended they showed that in the USA and Canada 7 out of every 10 supposedly church men are in immorality: pornography, adultery, fornication...you name it... and out of those 10 men 5 of them are pastors.
Our christian men are not stepping out to the plate to be what God wants them to be. Jesus said that in the last days because of the multiplication of sin, the love of many shall decrease or get cold....so that means they used to love one time, but now they love SIN; they love themselves more. So, the men are not being the spiritual leaders in the church, in the home, in the country, etc and the women are hurt and falling in turn. The men are leading this and the women because of their pain are falling apart and chase immoraltiy, too. As pastor said, one man who was teaching Sunday school was in adultery for 25 years now. Personally, I know a couple who got saved while living together and so they decided, " Well, since we are saved now, go divorce your spouse so we can get married because we cannot live in SIN together!!!" As Romanians say, " These are sins that cry out to Heaven!" meaning, " Oh, my God! These sins are the ones that God really takes notice of!" What a deception in the church!!!
Pastors committing adultery. Now, that is a hard subject. I have seen and experience it myself a few times; I have fallen myself because pastors and leaders have told me it was ok; blah, blah, blah God loves me.....Thanks Jesus He got me out of because He truly loved me and cared more about my sould than my happiness and loneliness. And I obeyed although through hard circumstances...whatever it takes Lord, just dont let me in sin!!An He did hear my cry and forced me out! Whaver it took, He did!
I have experienced others people adultery in my own life. It has affected my life on a personal level. It will do something to you. You will just never think of those people the same. No wonder, Proverbs says that the man who commits this, his shame will never be erased. I have seen some repent...but for some reason, I dont look at them the same anymore, unless they really did not know the truth and then they got out of it and apologized to everyone they hurt and changed their ways. Now that is true repentance.
But there are some who keep preaching and teaching and yet their lives are immoral. As pastor said about the man who has been cheating on his wife for 25 years: the wife knew and she was broken so badly. I ask myself, " Where the heck were the true christians to stop this? " I guess they thought that " We need to love the person and that will change them". Wrong! Look at Paul and the apostles how they dealt with these things. They loved the CHURCH( the pure BRIDE) more, that they did not want her to be poisened with lies and sin, so they KICKED THEM OUT! Woe! That is unheard of in most of the churches today. "That is not love! " " You are judging me!" Listen up! We discipline our children because we love them, shouldn't we discipline church members because we love them? God is our Father and He uses the true body to discipline because we have to deal with it or the Bible says that whatever you allow it is like leaven and will make the whole "dough" rise. That is, it will infect the whole church. These people will think they are ok when they are obviously are not and you see them as good people! And then other people will do it, too. They are like monkeys....copy one another instead ot thinking themselves what the Bible says. There is NO FEAR of GOD anymore!
If you love these people, the best thing you can do for them is to STAY AWAY from them if they do not want to REPENT.... as Paul says, " so that they might be ashamed; so their flesh might be destroyed and their souls saved". If you love them quit lying to them that they are ok when they are not. You are helping them go and stay in Hell!!!! You will give an account to God for being quiet and tolerating this.
" Well, we are not supposed to judge!" the Bible says, " Judgement starts in His house"( 1 Peter), the Bibl says that, too. use the Scriiptures at the right time. Not only that, but we ARE supposed to judge right from wrong. Dont judge the person, but you are encouraged throughout the WORD to judge someone' actions. That is why we are in such a pitiful shape as a church in the world because we are not judging right from wrong anymore. We have all kinds of immoral people in the pews and the pulpits and we are ok with that in the name of TOLERANCE. That word "tolerance" is not in God's vocabulary, but the world's. " Well, my second wife is so beautiful..." " What about your first one? Wasnt she beautiful when you married her? Her beauty changed or your persepective? " Are you from the world? Where is the Heart of CHRIST in you? Is that what He does with His church? When he gets tired of her He goes to greener pastures...how would you fee if He gave up on you sine YOU ARE THE CHURCH/the Bride? "
Dear friend, let me judge your actions now because I love you in order to save your soul from hell. What do you want me do? Pat you on the back as you go to hell and give you a push over the cliff while giving you a hug and being quiet?
I believe God loves us, but I believe we have taken that love and twisted it into something is doesn't really mean.True love also speaks up when we hurt out Jesus and Lord! True love also tells you, " Watch out, there is danger ahead!" We have forgotten about that part. I would scream at my child if I saw a car coming about to hit her. I would discipline her good, if I knew she is hanging out with boys that have syphilis and she wants to sleep with them one day. Why? because I LOVE HER! Love shouts out, " Stop! That is not right! You will not go to Heaven if you keep doing that."
That is the kind of pastor I have. He speaks up the truth and there are not many left because did you hear that 50% of them are in sin and not any sin..but IMMORALITY...sexual sin?
. You know someone told me once, " Well, I respect this pastor very much and if he says I am not in adultery then I believe him". The truth is the person is still in adultery, but he believed this pastor. My friend, I dont respect these pastors and would not listen to them as far as I could spit. If 50% are immoral, how in the world can they be trusted to give me truth? How can they give me sound advice or teach me the truth?
Jesus said that a disciple will not be greater than its master. That means you will not be better than the man you put yourself under to learn from!!! If 50% are immoral, no wonder they dont teach against divorce, remarriage, immorality, etc. So, next time you excuse your sin because of what THE pastor said, please look at your pastor or leader's life and see what sin they live in. You are supposed to judge that, otherwise how in the world will you know right if you don't compare it to evil?
Light is light because you compare it against darkness. We evangelize because we know there are people who are in darkness! Is that judgement? Yes! You judge ( or you use your brains to think=judgement) that there is right and wrong. If not, let's stop preaching because everyone is saved and let's not judge them that they are unsaved. That it ridiculous! See, how Satan twists words in order to make you ineffective and so that you will not save people?
Billy Graham said that 70% of the "church" folks are NOT SAVED! Do you know then where is the greatest mission field? You guessed it. In the church buildings.
It is time for the church to rise up and quit being a softy on sin. Yes, love and obey Jesus. Heal the sick. Raise the dead. Comfort the hurting, but also rebuke the devil. Rebuke brothers and sisters who are in sin because if you do not, they will perish and you helped them by being silent.
Come one church! Do not obey just parts of the Bible. Look at how the church has to be dealt with in the New Covenant and do it.
I personally will not allow into our small group people who live in adultery especially those who hear the truth and do not want to change. Now, if you do not know the truth and would do ANYTHING for Jesus , then you can come and we will help you get out of your sin because WE DO LOVE YOU; really love you. But Paul said, not even to eat with so called " brother" and "sister" if they are doing these things? Was Paul being judgmental? Was he encouraging us to judge? YES!! We have to judge the actions. " Well, you need to take out you own stuff from your eyes first". I DID! And now I am coming after you because I love you too much to leave you as you are. James says, " Some you have to pull them out of the fire!" That is work. It is not easy. You might get burned, too....but in
the end " you will save a sinner from sin " ( James chapter 5 ....last few verses).
Yes, take the stuff out of your eyes and then go after others. No, Jesus did not say when you are perfect go after others. You are responsible to do something with the truth once you know it. God will reveal and reveal more to you about your own life. Deal with it and then go after you brothers and sisters or friends or they will be lost. What in the world do you want? Love them to hell? Their soul is more important than your silence and pat on the back and acceptance. That is how you need to look at them: souls that if they die today will be lost because YOU did NOT tell them. Quit waiting on JESUS to do it for you; Youa re the body on EARTH. You are HIS body. He said he ahd to leave because it would nbe more beneficial. Why? Because thn by His Spirit He can be in many places at once...through people; through believers who do what He would do and He never tolerated sin. The other thing is that Jesus did not deal with THE CHURCH when He walked here...that is true. But we know He gave instructions to the apostles how to deal with the church. The church could only be born after Jesus ascended to Heaven....and what the apostles wrote was inspired by the Holy Spirit; Jesus's Spirit. Paul said that if someone doesnt listen to what they wrote, even if an angel came and said something different, let that angel be cursed! WOW! That is how sure they were that what that what they wrote was from the Holy Spirit, from od Himself. No oe can change it! No one , not even the viison of an angel with a different Gospel should make us waiver. God's Word is ALIVE and WOKRING( Hebrews 4:12). It is better than an ANGEL!!! HIS WORD IS ALIVE! And He told us how to deal with people and the church. Jesus never killed anyone while on Earth, but after He left, He did. His Spirit killed Ananias and Saphira! That same Jesus did that. Why? Because now this was the church? And He will not sacrifice the church( the clean Bride) for some people that want to play games and hurt it. The church is nto just anyone who comes into the building. It is those who love Him and obey Him and everyone else who doesn't He will cut off if they are endagering His BRIDE! He loves His Bride and men, how would it be if you would love yoru wife that way? Quit lying that there are " ireconcilable differences"! What is that if you are a true Christian? You think like the world.Period. Aka, Satan.
Love the church! Truly love them like you love your children. God said in Proverbs that a good parent who loves his/her children will punish/disicpline them immediately, but the one who hates his/her child will not. WOW! Do we do that to our church members or we are disobeying God by using a Scripture verse? His Word( totally out of context) to excuse our lack of love towards them?
I know I sound harsh. If the Word of God offends you I will NOT apologize. If I do, yes. Please share your thoughts on this. The truth is, if you are really dead to yourself, you dont get offended. Dead people do not get offended. Now, I definitely am open to methods of how to reach people.

Post a CommentSo true. My pastor refused to give me a water baptism because he doesn't like me. Needless to say I won't be going back. Most of the souls who need saving are "Christian" souls.
We are all sinners - that is why we needed a Savior. Pastors are not above sexual sin (or any sin), so this does not surprise me. There was only One perfect Son. I don't know what the answers are. Cheers :)
