5 People You Need to Live Happily

Doctor, Lawyer, Accountant, Realtor and Banker

In order to go through life smoothly and with minimal hiccups, everyone needs a certain amount of help from other professions. Here are 5 people that you can't live without. And if you don't have one of these in your phonebook, you better pull some strings.

A Doctor.

Your health is your most important asset, for without it you are nothing. In order to do things in life, you need to be able to live. A great doctor is someone you can share your healthcare problems with, talk to for advice, and rely on when you need fast medical help. Developing a bond with a personal doctor is essential to keeping yourself in the greatest possible shape you can be so that you can get the most out of your years.

From qualifications to patient satisfaction, do thorough research before you choose one, and make sure you stick with that one doctor as long as you can. The deeper of a bond you develop, the more relaxed you'll feel during checkups, blood tests, or sickness. The same goes for your doctor.

A Lawyer.

Billions of people interact with each other every single day. It's no secret that sometimes, problems do arise. And when disputes happen, you better hope you have a good defense (or offense depending on which side you're on). In this day and age, anything is possible. In 2003, some overweight people even decided to sue McDonald's. Get a grip on your life. In order to protect yourself from useless payouts to the people trying to get to you, you need to have a good lawyer. Likewise, if you've been hurt or taken advantage of, you need someone who knows the inside workings of the court system, someone you can rely on when you need to protect your civil liberties.

An Accountant.

Besides your health and your freedoms, you need to be able to take control of your money by accurately record your finances. An accountant who becomes certified knows how best to record assets and liabilities, and organization is half the battle. Good accountants save people thousands of dollars each year because of their extensive knowledge of how to depreciate assets and how to take advantage of tax benefits. If you're doing something that's making you lose money for no reason, your accountant will usually be the first one to point this out (provided you have a good one). Especially if you're a small business owner, this is the first person you should contact and search for.

A Banker.

No one keeps cash under their mattresses anymore. If you are really serious about building your saved money into something big, you need it to build interest while time is still on your side. In order to get the best rates and the best possible protection for your money, you need to have a good relationship with someone who has a sufficient financial background - and what better person to go to other than someone who works in a bank?

Also, banks are a major source of money for people obtaining loans for large purchases. Establishing trust with a banker gives you the credit you need to open your financial opportunities up.

A Realtor.

Buying a house can be one of the biggest decisions of your life. Paying off a mortgage takes a long time, so if you want to make sure you got a good deal on your house, make sure you have a good realtor to finalize the deals when you actually decide to buy one. You may buy only one house or you may move many times, but your home is the most important place in the world.

If everyone was self-sufficient and able to handle everything themselves, there would probably never be any business. The fact of the matter is that you AREN'T self sufficient, so get people who can help you with major problems should they arise, so you can spend more time doing the things you enjoy.
