Footprints Preschool Craft
Have your preschooler trace his foot on several times on construction paper. Then, have him trace the other foot on a different color of construction paper. Cut out the footprints and allow him to decorate them with crayons, stickers, or anything else. Use tape to attach the footprints to his bedroom wall so that it looks like he was walking all over them. This preschool craft doubles as decor.
Construction Paper Mask Preschool Craft
Draw a large circle and cut it out of construction paper. Cut out two holes for eyes. Hand your preschooler some crayons and let her decorate her mask with lips, eyelashes, and hair. Glue some yarn on top if you want to add more realistic hair. Glue a popsicle stick to the bottom of the mask.
Construction Paper Greeting Card Craft
Grandmas love to get cards in the mail just as much as kids do. Why not let your preschooler make a card instead of buying one? Just cut a sheet of construction paper in half, then fold it in half to make the card. You can write a short message on the front and have your preschooler decorate it. My preschooler has made Christmas and Easter card for craft time.
Puzzle Preschool Craft
Have your preschooler draw a picture on construction paper. When he is done, cut the pictures into five or six pieces, like a jigsaw puzzle. It's a preschool craft that turns into a game! When he is done playing, place the pieces into a bag so they don't get lost. Construction paper is heavy enough that they will last for a while. If you want the puzzle to last longer, laminate it before cutting it apart.
Construction Paper Book Preschool Craft
Take several sheets of construction paper and fold them in half. With your preschooler's help, write a short story. Each page should have a sentence or two. After you have written the words, your preschooler can complete the craft by illustrating each page.
No matter what preschool craft you choose, you will have fun teaching your preschooler to be creative. Creating preschool crafts with construction paper is just one way to spark your preschooler's creativity.

Good ideas! I have to begin collecting projects for kids and good ideas like this. I know how fast little ones grow up. I'm going to be a grandma soon. He'll be ready for these projects before I know it. :-)
