5 Quick Rules for Christmas Shopping

Rosa Hayes
As Christmas comes closer and you began to realize that you are running out of time to buy all those gifts, you start to fear going to the mall to do your shopping due to all of the traffic.

I have this same problem every year and this coming up year, I have made myself a solemn vowel to make my Christmas shopping a whole lot easier and cheaper. I have come across a few tips from watching myself over the years and learning from my mistakes.

#1 rule: Try to catch all of the sales a couple of months before Christmas. Just remember that most places have there before Christmas shopping the day after Thanksgiving.

#2 rule: I have found that most people are not up at 5:00 in the morning, so if you would like to beat that holiday rush then try getting up early in the morning to do you're shopping. I have also found that this works when you are trying to go grocery shopping as well.

#3 rule: Always keep your receipts. This is a rule of thumb; you never know what is going to fit or who just isn't going to show up at the bosses Christmas party.

#4 rule: Defiantly wear comfortable shoes. One year I wore a pair of high hills and boy was that a mistake. I was in Corn heaven by the time I got through.

#5 rule: I know you love your kids but you might want to find a babysitter so you don't have to keep getting them in and out of the car.

There are many that should apply when you go Christmas shopping but the one I use the most is getting up early and beating that rush.
