Carell has an amazing ability to take any situation and make it funny. He has a very unique comedic style and it never gets old. Watching the DVD of this show is only prove that his ability to improvise and come up with one-liners off the top of his head is simply amazing.

The show is relateable. I think what makes this show so good is that it is relateable. How many of us have worked in an office or an environment similar to an office during our lifetime? The daily challenges these people face have been experienced by everyone. A coworker who talks to much. A neighbor who won't stay off of your desk. Relationships at work. These are themes on the show and they are all things we've seen on our own jobs. The situations are funny and The Office presents them in a way that you can't help but laugh.

I think thats what makes them even more funny. Their is not a live audience laughing at every comment. When a joke is told you just have that look on a character.
