Used Ipods are Better than most Mp3 Players
Believe it or not, there are still tons of low quality mp3 players that are on the market today. It is best that you avoid these at all costs! Some of the deals on these mp3 players may seem like incredible bargains; however, many of them will either break or malfunction within a year or so.
Used iPods are proven to be reliable mp3 players, and will continue to live up to that reputation. Don't be afraid of being technologically behind. As long as you have an iPod, you are ahead of many people who have bought other generic brand mp3 players.
iPods are constantly updated
Have you ever noticed that a new Ipod is constantly being introduced? What if you were one of the many people who bought an Ipod video, only to find out the iPod touch came out several weeks afterwards? This is enough to frustrate anybody. If you were to buy an older refurbished or used iPod, you do not have to worry about spending an arm and a leg on it.
If you keep a used Ipod around, and come around to buying a brand new one, you can always sell the used iPod on EBay as well. People are willing to put down a good amount of money to get their hands on an iPod, no matter if it is used or not.
There are a variety of Ipod models
The available iPod models include 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB Ipod Nanos that range from 89$-149$. The 30GB and 60 GB models range from $179-$229. Also, you have the fourth generation 20-60GB that ranges from $119-$199. These are excellent deals, as refurbished iPods are basically as good as new.
Free-Up Money For Accessories
The greatest things about the Ipods are the many accessories that are built around them. By receiving a bargain on the iPod, you will have saved money, and will be able to use that cash to buy accessories such as mini-stereo systems, arm-sleeves, screen protectors, and many others.
The accessories of the iPod are what really separate it from the rest of the competition. Accessories range from 10$-300$, so make sure you don't spend too much!
Won't Have to deal with Recall
If you keep up with electronics, you know that crazy things can happen with the launch of highly coveted items. iPods and iPhones are no exception. Several weeks after the iPhone launched, the lower Gigabyte model was completely dropped and wiped off shelves, while the higher Gigabyte model received a price cut and became the main model.
Many people were shocked by the change, and may have lost potentially saved money in the process. By buying a refurbished or used iPod, you completely avoid this situation all together.
