You Shouldn't Buy The Line He Has Changed
Abusers act like that he has changed when the only intention that he really has is to lure you back to him. He is putting on a behavior that you are wanting to see. You see how he does that to you. He trying to portray the image to you of the man that you want to see that changed when he really hasn't. He is messing with your mind when he portrays to you that he has changed when he hasn't really cause behind it all you know he is using a deception tactic. Don't fall into this trap.
The Tears Running Down Your Face Were Signs Of Hurt Inflicted By Him
You can find someone better than him. The tears that you cry over him is not worth it, but take it as a sign of how much damage that he did to you. The tears may last several months or even years, but remember it is a result of the damage that he inflicted upon you with no regret whatsoever. Abusers do not feel bad at all for the harm caused to their victims since they attempted to make you as weak as possible in every way possible to prevent you from walking out the door.
You Shouldn't Forget The Pain
It doesn't matter if it was physical abuse, sexual abuse, and verbal abuse, but you should never forget it. He caused you so much pain that you walked out the door several times before you finally left him for good. Don't go back cause of any children that you may have with him. Don't go back to become a family again cause you feel that you can't do any better. This man has destroyed everything about you by the amount of pain that he caused by abuse and deception tactics for a long time. Don't undo everything that you've done to move away from him already.
He Should Be Held Accountable For His Abusive Actions
Every time that you take back an abusive man into your life then you are indirectly telling him that abuse is okay. You need to hold him accountable for his abusive actions by not coming back into his life. You need to teach him that when he abuses you that it is something that you will no longer tolerate anymore and leave. You should have him arrested so the court system can deal with him since men crumble in front of authority higher than you. Men don't tend to listen to a woman, but they will listen to a judge when he is court ordered anger management and jail time. It takes a higher authority above you to stop the abuse completely since abusers crumble when confronted about their actions in front of authority figures. Do not feel bad for having him arrested since it is the right thing to do for your safety and him.
He Will Hurt You Repeatedly Again
The following things will start to happen again once the honeymoon stage has worn off regardless of how many years or months it has been since you've seen him. The physical abuse will start again. The sexual abuse will start again. The verbal abuse will start again. The mind games with start again. The manipulation will start again. The deception will start again. The abuse tactics will only be worse as time goes by. The control methods will get worse as times goes by. He will most likely screen your calls since you've already left him before. He will start to check the mileage on the vehicles. He will start to demand a reason for everything and anything such as why do you spend so much time with your family.
An abusive ex will only take you down with him. He has a ton of mental problems. He will end up making you go to therapy cause of all of the trauma that he inflicted you all over again so please don't take him back.
