If you bear the painful memories of some horrible tragedy in your past, chances are pretty good that you're a character in an anime. Perhaps your hometown was attacked and destroyed by an unknown villain who eventually becomes your arch-nemesis. Or maybe you lost a loved one and feel that if only you were stronger you could have saved them, prompting you to withdraw from society and train madly.
Underneath Your Cold Exterior You Have a Heart of Gold
You're unfriendly and don't need or care about anyone. You're a lone wolf who's always looking out for number one...or at least that's how you appear on the outside. What everyone doesn't really know is that deep down inside you're a kind, gentle person who holds human life in the highest regard. Though you try your best to hide your good nature, when someone's in trouble you leap into action to save them. If this describes you, you're almost definitely an anime hero.
You Have a Ridiculous Hair Style and/or Color
Another clear sign that you might be an anime hero is that your hair has either an incredibly strange style or color. No, we're not talking about mullets here but even stranger styles. If you're hair is green, blue, or purple, this is a dead giveaway. The likelihood that you are an anime hero is even greater if you find that after fierce battles (which for some reason you engage in often) your hair remains perfectly in place despite your clothes being torn and body badly injured.
You Get Into Fights in Unlikely Places
When most people fight one another, the fight takes place in the school yard (by the bike rack) or perhaps in a back alley behind a local bar. When you get in a fight, however, for some reason beyond your understanding they always occur in some ridiculously unlikely and inconvenient location. Your enemies always seem to appear before you atop icy peaks, in huge isolated desert areas, and even at the base of an active volcano...on another planet. You could be an anime hero character if this sounds familiar to you.
You Become at Least Twice as Strong When Angry
Though most people tend to become a bit stronger when angry due to adrenaline, you take it to a whole new level. No matter how tired or badly injured you are, when you become angry or frustrated your strength increases exponentially and you're ready to overcome any obstacle. If your anger is accompanied by a glowing aura that becomes larger and more violent as your anger increases, this greatly increases the likelihood that you are an anime hero.
