Here are five steps.

Take things off.

Of course to have a good beauty sleep, you need to put on some nice pretty pajamas. But one of the keys to getting your best beauty sleep ever is to take off your make up. And that doesn't mean you have to buy an expensive makeup remover either. Consider using a gentle nonoily cleanser like Cetaphil. You goal: To make taking off your makeup so gentle that your pores don't get irritated.

Put things on.

Before going to bed, you should put on an exfoliating moisturizer with alpha hydroxy acid and hydroquinone. These two ingredients will even out your skin tone. Brands to try include La Roche-Posay Active C.

Coat your body in Milk.
