2. Priced at $1,497, Ron LeGrand's "Selling Houses Fast in a Slow Market" teaches students the tricks they need to know. The cost of the course does not include any mentoring or coaching which is available for an extra charge.
3. Trump University, started by real estate mogul Donald Trump is a favorite of many students of real estate investing. There are many online courses and live events to choose including The Real Estate Investor Training Program which consists of six courses. Regardless of whether you are new to real estate or an experienced investor, Trump University has courses that will increase your investment skills. It is necessary to contact the school to find out the price of the online courses and events.
4. Russ Dalby's "Winning in the Cash Flow Business" is a popular real estate investment course that focuses on finding real estate notes, listing them on a particular website and selling them. The cost is $119.95 but the additional costs are very hefty. Mentoring runs up to $15,000 and there are also additional add-ons and upgrades that salesmen try to sell to you.
5. "Carlton Sheets No Down Payment Real Estate" course by Carlton Sheets teaches how to profit in real estate without having to put any money down on the properties. His program is said to work even if you have no credit, no cash, and no previous experience. The course costs $360 per year and mentoring starts at $2,000 and goes upward depending on your choices. There are also many extra add-ons available for various fees.
Although these real estate investment courses are popular it is always important to do your due diligence before making a decision as to what program is right for you. Take the time to research these, and any other real estate courses, before making a purchase.
