A woman that files for divorce is not totally done with you to the point of no return in most circumstances. You can stop a divorce if you haven't done major things to destroy it. One exception to everything is that abuse and cheating are one main thing that most women will not stop walking out the door no matter what you say or do though. Here are five techniques men can use to stop a divorce under normal circumstances.

Attend Therapy

Women might give it a second chance with you at this point when you go to therapy. You have to want to go for yourself and attempt to save your marriage. Don't go to therapy just because she would like it. You have to want to marriage counseling on your own doing. Your wife will be able to tell whether you really mean it or not. Keep in your mind that your wife knows you better than you think that she does whether you realize it or not.

Don't Lie Anymore

Women dislike every man that lies to them. They hate the feeling of deception. They won't give you a chance three to deceive them so you better make up your mind to be honest from now until the end of time since it is the only chance you will get to stop the divorce. All women ever want is honesty.

Acknowledge Errors

Acknowledge some of the things that you've done wrong and ask her what other things that you've done wrong that you don't know. You can correct a situation in most cases when you realize the errors contained within it. Find the errors in the marriage and you may be able to find a solution to the problem. Women realize that men can't read minds therefore she might be willing to tell you exactly where you messed up at.

Don't fight her in the divorce. The more that you fight against the divorce then you drive her further away. Give her the impression that you are sad about the divorce, but you realize that in the end it will be granted to her either way. Ask for a second chance at this point. Tell her that you don't care about what a piece of paper says. Tell her how much you love her and don't want a divorce when you two stand face to face.

Stop Calling Her

You want to make her miss you. You want her to realize that perhaps you are dating another woman. You want her to start to wonder what you are doing each night. You want her to start driving by your place to see what you are doing. The more that you remove yourself from her life than she will miss you. She may not admit it to you that she does miss you, but she will admit it to herself and girlfriends.
