Walt Disney World's Downtown Disney is Disney's shopping and entertainment district. It's a great place to spend an evening after a day in one Walt Disney World's theme parks or an afternoon exploring all that Downtown Disney has to offer.

Downtown Disney is made up of three areas; Disney Disney Marketplace (originally called Walt Disney World Village when it opened in in 1975), Pleasure Island, and Downtown Disney Westside. All three areas are connected to each other and offer free admission and parking.

If you're planning a visit to Walt Disney World, here are five things that you can do at Downtown Disney.
