Upon research (gossiping with girl-friends), I have found that there are five things that all (ok, most, I'll admit there are some that defy this rule) men have in common. Every woman should know these things before settling into a live in relationship. Unfortunately, men cannot wear a sign around stating these discrepancies, so I thought I'd do my part for all womankind and share them with you!
# 1 ~ Men are slobs
After talking with several friends, I realized, my husband is not the only one that takes his work clothes off at night and sets them on the floor NEXT to the empty hamper! Wow, what a relief!
I also found that it's not only my dear husband who shaves into a towel "so as not to get it all over the sink" and then leaves the towel on the floor behind the door, with the hair wrapped up in it and all! It's so nice to know that my bathroom is not the only one with pretty hair sprinkles all over the place!
# 2 ~ He can do it better than you
It doesn't matter if you are a gourmet chef or a master mechanic, he can do it better. Hell, he even knows how to properly wash dishes, but does he do it? Men are always up for suggesting how to do things, but never willing to do them!
# 3 ~ He has a soft touch for fruit flies
Why bother scraping off the food left on his dinner plate into the garbage and perhaps rinse off the plate?
Oh no! The fruit flies need to eat, so we should leave all leftover's on the counter for them to eat.
# 4 ~ He always knows what he's talking about
It doesn't matter if it's gossip about some woman you know or the latest news in the paper, you are wrong and he is right! He definitely knows more about it than you, so why should you even bother to state your opinion or what you've heard about the subject?
# 5 ~ He knows exactly where he is going
Stop and ask for directions? What are you crazy? Oh no! He would much rather drive around some dark city for hours, before stopping and actually admitting to someone that he is lost!
There you have it ladies! Five things every woman should know about her man before "moving in"! To all you men out there reading this, it's all in pure fun...but you've got to admit, most of it is true!

Post a CommentKK - I'm so glad you enjoyed the article. It is always good to know that MOST of them are the same :)
I loved this article! I was just fuming about the fact that I just had to pick up my husband's dirty clothes that he placed NEXT to the empty hamper. I found this article and my frustration was replaced with laughter. The 'fruit flies' bit was terrific and so true! Thank you for making my day and helping me to see that what my husband does is common.
