5 Things to Know when Picking Up Girls at Clubs

Based on personal past experiences, I have come up with 5 essential things to keep in mind when you are working your game at a club. This is just the first article about clubbing life and girls/relationships. I will be writing a series of these types of advices and personal experiences. You have to remember that you will win some and you will lose some.

5. Dress to impress

First impressions are everything. You can lose a girl's interest in you within a matter of seconds. When you first approach a girl at a club, the first thing she will notice is how you are dress. Are you dressing like a bum? Do not be like everyone else in this category. It is better to dress outrageous than to dress like everyone else. By dressing different, but nice, and by nice I mean not rag pants and t-shirt, then the girls will notice you out of the crowd. Dressing to impress is the first and could be the last impression you leave on a girl. Yet, this is definitely not a deal breaker.

4. Smile

Guys, you would not like it if a girl did not smile and seem like she's having a good time talking to you do you? Neither do they. They enjoy the smile just as much as you enjoy their smile. When you smile, it exerts a friendly persona about yourself and thus will let the girl feel more comfortable. If the girl gets more comfortable with you, then you have a better chance of continuing the conversation with her and getting her number. Also keep in mind, smiling can also hurt you. Smiling too much could come off as desperate or needy. So, along with all good things, keep it to a good moderate amount and don't break your cheek bones by smiling for 5 minutes straight.

3. Good posture

I'm sure you know who Superman and Batman are. They are superheroes. If you ever notice when Superman is in his human disguise, he slouches a tad and acts shy. But when he is in his Superman outfit, he raises his chest and becomes manly. This good posture will exert to the girl that you are a confident man. Keep your shoulders back and your chest high. Do not swing your arms back and forth, girls do not like a man that fidgets. Keep your distance while talking to her. You do not want to be leaning into her face when you talk to her. Sometimes it's okay if the music is really loud, but you can move locations if that happens. Ultimately, the way you stand says a lot about you as clubs are usually dark and loud, so the way you stand and talk can be essential.

2. Don't be a creeper

This can be extended to a very long article on what you can do that will result in her thinking that you are a creeper. Creeper can mean a variety of things. Asking numbers too early, saying weird things, leaning up on them, dancing with them without them knowing, etc. Just don't do anything or say anything that would scare a girl away.

1. Be yourself

Just be yourself. No need to try to act cool or like someone you saw on television. Girls will appreciate it if you act the same the next time you meet and not change drastically to something that they do not like. Keep in mind, you can always have some stories to tell if the conversation is dragging. That is still considered being yourself but it's just contemplated being yourself.
