The one factor that can set off emotional eating is stress - a compulsion to overeat when moody. Anxiety, anger, and just being bored can lead to the refrigerator. Improved coping with stress can recognize patterns that trigger your overeating. When you are stuck in a stressful situation, try one of the following tips to break the food stress connection.

.1. Try some walking relief. Burning calories while taming your tension will do wonders.

2. Forgo the fridge while taking several deep breaths, or just grab the phone and vent on someone.

3. There must be a silver lining in every cloud, try to find it in your stressful situation.

4. Work to resolve any problems with others, letting them fester is a stress producer.

5. Skipping meals will only bring overeating later in the day. Enjoy meals in proportion throughout the day.
