5 Unique Signs of Child Abuse at the Hands of Predator Employees

Michelle Knudson

Employees often get hired at daycare centers that are really child abusers. Child abusers can pass a background check as long as they have never been caught abusing a child. Here are five signs of child abuse at the hands of predator employees.

Too Much Alone Time With One Child

Be careful of anyone that shows interest in one child all the time. The hidden underlying reason is that the employee might want to make them their next victim. Child predators working as an employee will use the employment to his advantage to pick their next victims.

Watch out for any somewhat valid excuses that he or she comes up with to spend alone time with the child out of your sight. It is the first red flag that you should not ignore no matter how much you trust the employee. Employees will put on fake good behavior just to avoid being fired.

Blood in Underwear

Watch out for any signs of blood in underwear. It implies that an employee sexually abused a child in one of the bathrooms. You need to protect the child from sexual abuse. Make sure to always have more than one person in the bathrooms to help prevent sexual abuse. Don't risk sexual abuse happening just because it is too busy during the day at that exact moment. All it takes is one moment for child predators to mess up a child's life forever.

Anger Outbursts

Predators will often display hints of anger indirectly. Watch out for any employee that has pale color knuckles since it implies that they clinch fist really tight from being mad. Predators will often take their anger issues out on the children even when there is a chance of going to jail. Watch out for any bruises or red marks. Take note if there any injury marks on the child's head or hair. Some child abusers pull hair.

Cigarette Burns

Employees that are really sick in the head burn children with cigarettes. They are extremely cruel to the children. They will often pick out a child that annoys them or doesn't obey their sick twisted commands. The parents will most likely report it before you if you didn't catch them red-handed right away.

Marks From Objects

The children may have been hit with sticks, belts, and wet towels when there wasn't very many witnesses around. Employees often threaten the children with worse things if they tell anyone about what's going on. The children are often afraid to expose the employees. The parents usually don't notice until the abuse has gotten really bad.

The main signs are cigarette burns, marks from objects, and blood in underwear. Most predator employees have extreme anger issues and cause that large amount of abuse upon children.
