5 Valuable Religious Gifts for Your Girlfriend on Valentine's Day

Robenson Louis
When I was younger, I used to buy flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. Everyone in my community did the same thing. So there was no inconvenience on doing it. In 2005, I married a different woman. I decided to give her a card and some chocolate, as usual. She appeared unhappy. Later, she confessed to me that I could have given her another gift or, at least, a better one. I was upset for a while. However, as I gained maturity, I assumed she was right.

BEFORE BUYING THE GIFT

It will be a waste of time and money if you fail to answer the following questions before buying your girlfriend's gift:

1) What will be her choice if she had to buy her own gift?

2) What are her beliefs?

To answer the first question, it is necessary to know your girlfriend's preferences. It is not an easy task, but you can grab some key information from her while communicating. Always ask her what gift a man should give to a girl like her. Remember to take note and to act accordingly. By example, some people do not like chocolate; others cannot consume it at all. Therefore, you should shop for another gift.

Her beliefs also are a key point to consider in purchasing the appropriate gift. Some religious folks would love a statue, a personalized cross; others cannot receive theses gifts, or will simply give them away. So if you are not sure what you should obtain for your religious girlfriend, do not be ashamed to ask her or someone else who shares the same beliefs as she.

FIVE VALUABLE GIFTS TO CHOOSE FROM

If I had to give my girlfriend a gift on Valentine's Day, I would purchase the one that can express my love, my appreciation, and my admiration for her, for Jesus as well. I would choose either one from the following:

The first gift I would pick would be a spiritual book. It could be a Bible (Christian), a Tanakh (Jew), or a Koran (Muslim). It should be a rare version of these books. It is a perfect gift since no religious person would refuse a holy book.

A personalized spiritual gift would be a great choice. It could be a scripture pottery or a pillow, a personalized Valentine's Day frame, or a Bible verse magnet. These gifts are intended to express God's love and promises for her.

If you want to express true love, a love poem in a poetry dome, a personalized love frame, or an inspirational plaque will be the right choice. It will show how much you care about her.

Also, are available at the religious store some nice engraved Heart Clock. You can personalize one with your own romantic messages or poems.

Lastly, I recommend a personal keepsake to let her know how much you think of her and to wish her a happy and blessed Valentine's Day.
